Terms and conditions
These /ARRE Investments OÜ/ website terms and conditions are valid for purchases made from the website at www.origvaruosad.ee. The seller of the goods is /ARRE Investments OÜ/ (hereinafter referred to as the website or the seller), registration code /16565187/, address /Kai 5/Sadama 6/, e-mail address /info@origvaruosad.ee/.
1. Sales contract validity, goods and price information
- These sales terms and conditions are valid when purchasing goods from the Website.
- The images and screenshots added to the goods are illustrative and the goods might differ from what is depicted in the image or screenshot.
- Shipping cost is added to the price. Shipping cost depends on the location of the buyer, shipping type and time. The buyer sees the shipping cost when making the purchase.
- Information on the goods is provided on the Website, immediately next to the goods. Buyers can also receive other information and information about the goods by e-mail /info@origvaruosad.ee/.
- Price or availability of the goods may change without advance notice. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the sales of the goods and refund the cost of the goods to the client’s bank account immediately but not later than within 14 days from the moment the order is cancelled.
2. Making a purchase
- To order goods, a price inquiry must be submitted using the Website. To make a purchase, it is necessary to fill in the required fields and select the suitable shipping option. Next, the Seller reviews the inquiry and forwards to the email indicated by the buyer an offer that includes, among else, the information of the goods, term when the offer is valid and price, which can be paid using a bank link. Payments are mediated by LHV Bank.
- Before making the payment, the buyer is obligated to make sure that the content of the order and the quantities are correct and suitable. Confirmed orders cannot be changed later.
- The Seller is not liable for losses or any other consequences of the buyer indicating incorrect contact information in the order.
- The sales contract is enforced from the moment the sum to be paid is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
- If the ordered goods cannot be shipped because the goods supply has ended or for another reason, the buyer is informed as soon as possible and the paid money is refunded (including shipping costs) in general within 3 business days.
3. Shipping
- The buyer covers the goods’ shipping costs and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping type. Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination set by the buyer within 2–4 business days from the moment the sales contract is enforced.
- On extraordinary occasions, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days. If the buyer has been informed of the supply difficulties and the delivery term exceeding 30 calendar days in the order confirmation or on the Website, the deadline provided on the Website applies.
- If the buyer does not accept the goods within six months, the goods are destroyed or recycled.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods are transferred to the logistics partner on time, but the delivery is delayed due to circumstances the Seller cannot impact.
4. Right to withdraw
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract signed with the Seller within 14 days only if the goods are incorrect (wrong item, item with shortcomings or defects).
- To use the 14-day return right, the goods must not be used in any other way than what is necessary to ensure the character, properties and functioning of the goods in ways that are permitted for testing the goods in physical stores.
- If the goods have been used for any other purpose than what is necessary to ensure the character, properties and functioning of the goods, or the goods have signs of use or wear, the Seller has the right to refuse accepting the goods and keep the money paid for the goods. In this case, the Seller returns the goods to the buyer and also covers the shipping cost.
- In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here, and send it to /info@origvaruosad.ee/ within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods unless the reason for returning is that the returned goods are incorrect (wrong item, item with shortcomings or defects).
- The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or submit proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, the Seller returns to the buyer immediately, but not later than within 14 days as of receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer according to the sales contract. The Seller may refuse making any refund payments until they have received the goods that are the object of the sales contract or until the buyer has submitted evidence that they have returned the item, depending on which occurs earlier.
- The Seller has the right to cancel the sales contract and demand the goods back from the buyer if its selling price in the price offer is mistakenly marked considerably below its market price.
5. Right to submit complaints
- The Seller is responsible for the contractual nonconformities or shortcomings of goods sold to the Buyer, which were existing already at the time of delivering the goods and which emerge within two years of delivering the goods to the Buyer. Within this first year after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the seller’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.
- In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the seller within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to /info@origvaruosad.ee/.
- The Seller is not liable for shortcomings that have occurred after the goods are delivered and due to the activity or inactivity of the consumer (wrong use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear that occurs during normal use of the item.
- If the goods purchased from the Website have shortcomings for which the Seller is liable, the Seller fixes or replaces the goods with shortcomings.
- If the goods cannot be fixed or replaced, the Seller refunds the buyer all costs incurred pursuant to the sales contract.
- The Seller replies to the complaint submitted by the buyer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

7. Responsibility and force majeure
- The Seller is liable to the buyer and the buyer is liable to the Seller for the harm caused to the other party by breaching the given terms and conditions in instances and in the extent provided in the law valid in Estonia.
- The Seller is not responsible for the damage caused to the buyer or delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay of delivery is due to circumstances the Seller could not influence, or could not foresee or could not have foreseen (force majeure).
- The Seller will not compensate the buyer the unused possibilities occurring as a result of changing of the shipping times if the buyer has received a notification of the extended shipping time and agreed to it, which means that the buyer has not indicated a wish to cancel the order due to the extended shipping time.
